  • What are Order Fulfillment Times?

Our orders are, in the main, dispatched within 2 business days of the order being processed.

  • Where are finished garments produced?

Barista Sanford garments are made-to-order in production facilities around the world and automatically selected based on customers’ geographical location. The vast majority of our orders are fulfilled in the US, UK, Australia or Germany.

  • Do buyers receive tracking numbers for their deliveries?

All orders will be shipped by tracked courier service and tracking details will be uploaded as soon as your order has been shipped.

  • Are returns accepted?

All orders placed with us are custom printed, especially for you. As a result, we cannot accept any returns apart from errors with the printing quality itself or damage to the garment during transit. If you are affected by a printing error or damage to the garment, please email us a photo and we’ll issue a replacement ASAP. Please be sure to double-check sizing, colours, whether it’s adult/kids listing etc. before ordering.
